If you can drive a car, you can be a bus driver. Our expert Instructors can give you the skills to drive modern, hi-tech buses with complete confidence. You’ll be trained to gain your PCV licence and CPC qualification, and you’ll also have the opportunity to gain an industry related qualification.

You’ll receive a competitive salary that can be enhanced by overtime. There are also generous benefits, including a pension scheme and non-contractual travel concessions for you (and a member of your household after a qualifying period).

Our drivers in South East London are now offered some fantastic new rates, starting on £498 per week, and increasing after 1 year to £520 per week. This then increases by further annual increments up to £597 per week after 5 years (based on our current rota averages). And, If you’re already working as a bus driver, we’ll make sure that you start on a higher level that reflects your years on the road (for example, a driver joining us with five years’ service with their current employer would join us on our top rate of £31,144).

Here’s what you need...

  • great customer service skills
  • a full UK/EU driving licence (max 6 points)
  • to be 18 or over with the right to work in the UK for at least 30 months
  • if you have held your licence for under 2 years, you must have no penalty points at all on your licence
  • the ability to work shifts - as our industry operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
