If you’re already a qualified PCV driver, you’ll start on a higher salary that reflects your years on the road. For example, in East London if you already have five years’ experience in the PCV industry as a driver, you would join us on our top open rate with or without a valid Licence for London, subject to conditions. A Licence for London is still required if you have worked for another London operator in the last 6 months.

On top of those competitive salaries, you can also enhance your income through overtime.
